Meet Conrad W. Carpenter Jr. — Founder & Senior Loan Officer
Conrad Carpenter brings over 45 years of real estate experience to every loan he closes. His career began in the title insurance industry, where he developed a deep understanding of real estate transactions from the ground up. Concurrently, he has owned and managed rental properties for over 45 years — and for the past 24 years has served as a licensed mortgage professional helping Colorado families achieve their homeownership dreams.
Conrad's roots in real estate run remarkably deep. His father built a network of title insurance companies throughout the San Francisco Bay Area in the early 1950s — a portfolio later acquired by Stewart Title Company. That legacy of integrity, professionalism, and deep industry knowledge is something Conrad has carried forward throughout his entire career.
Today, Conrad and his family are proud Boulder County residents with deep ties to the local community. He and his team actively support causes close to their hearts — including the Colorado Therapeutic Riding Center, Meals on Wheels, and a wide range of local charities and community events. To Conrad, being a mortgage broker isn't just a business — it's a way of giving back to the community he loves.

With over 20 years in the financial services industry I am committed to helping you find the right mortgage product for your needs. I am a Colorado native having grown up in the agricultural San Luis Valley of Southern Colorado. My small town roots are something I am proud of as I choose to treat everyone as though we are all part of the same community. I believe this provides my customers with the true concept of service and compassion for every persons specific scenario. I was raised to know that every relationship counts and that is how I treat everyone that calls me for their financing needs.
In 1996 I received my degree in Economics from Colorado State University and still consider myself a student of the dynamics of markets. Understanding what and why interest rate markets move in any given direction is helpful when discussing interest rates with customers. I look forward to these discussions.
Currently, I live in Highlands Ranch, one of the southern most suburbs of metro Denver where I engage in the community as much as I can thru charity work. Giving back to the community here as well as in our poor communities helps define who I am.
